1. Nature of Services
areglaw.ai is a legal research and drafting platform powered by artificial intelligence. The Service provides information only and is not a substitute for professional legal advice. We do not provide legal representation, legal opinions, or attorney-client relationships of any kind.

2. Eligibility & Users
The Service is available to lawyers, law students, companies, and the general public. By creating an account, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding agreements.

3. Account Registration
To access the Service, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Subscription & Payment
The Service operates on a subscription model with the following tiers: Freemium, Education, Plus, and Pro. Fees, billing cycles, and cancellation terms are set out on our pricing page. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees using your chosen payment method.

5. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
Use the Service only for lawful purposes;
Not misuse, disrupt, or interfere with the platform;
Not copy, reproduce, resell, or distribute our content or AI-generated output without permission;
Not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Service.
Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or other users' accounts;
Not to disclose your password to any third party;
Not misuse the service for any fraudulent or unethical purposes;
To safeguard your login credentials (such as username and password) and for restricting access to your account. You agree to be responsible for all activities that occur under your account, whether authorized by you or not;
Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and these Terms of Use when using the service; 
Report any suspected violations of these Terms of Use by other users or any other activity that compromises the security of the service;
Be solely responsible for the content you submit, including its accuracy and legal compliance with any and all agencies, offices, and/or organizations;

6. Intellectual Property
All rights, titles, and interest in and to the site, including but not limited to all content, software, code, designs, features, materials, and trade secrets, are and shall remain the exclusive property of areglaw.ai, which grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to access and use the platform and its IP and products solely for its intended purposes as described in these terms.

The Service provides general legal information only. It does not constitute legal advice, nor does it establish an attorney-client relationship. You should consult a licensed lawyer for legal matters requiring professional judgment.

8. Termination & Suspension
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms, misuse the Service, or engage in illegal activities.

9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, areglaw.ai shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of, or reliance on, the Service, including but not limited to errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in AI-generated content.

10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Any material changes will be communicated to you, and your continued use of the Service after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
